handmade fused dichroic glass pendant
Handmade fused dichroic glass pendant

Nope! I don't own this pendant, by glass house jewelry (; I came across it while searching for an image of a pendant similar enough to one I do own. Mine isn't tabular; in fact it's a triangle of glass, patterned with waves of turquoise outlined in the same black as the one pictured, with a swatch of purple and a little one of blue (am too knackered to photograph it, sorry).

For all its vivid coloration, it's curiously soothing to look upon...but here are my thoughts on this fashionable Monday. Handmade dichroic glass can be a relatively inexpensive way to add a total pop of color to your outfit. Etsy is perhaps a bit underrepresented in the fashion blogosphere (ugh, did I actually write "blogosphere"); it's a goldmine of the unique and the inspired.
