Snapped this while at UC Davis. It was 104F when I left the other day--dry heat so a bit difficult to b!tch about--and they did have this enchanting fountain, within a small park. If you sat there and ate your lunch, the breeze would traverse the threads of water with a nifty air conditioning effect.
