Poor neglected blog...

Not to worry, I still care. :)

J.Crew Buffalo Check Shirtdress

Much as I like the idea—a dress involving flannel and pockets, black-and-a-single-color check, this does remind me of pajamas. I haven't determined yet if that's a bad thing though?

I did get this a while back, but haven't brought it out yet:

J.Crew Flannel Tuxedo Tunic

...in the biggest size; it's a dress on me, not a tunic. The pintucking seems to keep it from appearing overly nocturnal.

washable lambswool cardigan

NO, this isn't fug irl...it's a beautiful dark flecked charcoal, machine washable lambswool sweater. At least it was advertised as machine washable; I haven't washed it yet. I skipped Boden's, which was close to $150 for machine washable cashmere. Even with a discount...eh...do I care that much for cashmere? The sweaters I need to replace are lambswool, and they've lasted twenty years.
